REFLEXOLOGY

Restore Balance Naturally

Reflexology is a holistic therapeutic practice focused on applying targeted pressure to specific reflex points on the feet and hands that correspond to organs and systems throughout the body.

This gentle, non-invasive treatment is designed to support the body’s natural healing processes while promoting relaxation, circulation, and overall wellness.

At Body & Sole Healing, each reflexology session is personalized to meet your individual needs and wellness goals.

OUR PROCESS

Before Your First Session

Before your first treatment, your therapist will conduct a brief and confidential intake conversation to better understand your wellness goals, current concerns, and any ongoing health conditions you may be experiencing.

Together, you and your therapist will discuss the treatment approach and focus areas best suited to your individual needs, ensuring every session is personalized and supportive.

During Your Treatment

You may choose to receive treatment while sitting or lying down based on your comfort level. For the most relaxing experience, we recommend lying down whenever possible.

Only the feet and lower calves are exposed during treatment. Your reflexologist will perform a series of specialized movements and pressure techniques on targeted reflex points that correspond with your personalized treatment plan.

A specially crafted reflexology cream is used to enhance comfort, relaxation, and the overall therapeutic experience.

After Your Session

Following treatment, many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed.

Especially during the first few sessions, some temporary therapy responses may occasionally occur as the body adjusts and rebalances. These may include mild stomach discomfort, dizziness, coughing, fatigue, or vivid dreams. These responses are generally short-term and often pass within a couple of days.

Ongoing Care & Treatment Plans

For optimal results, reflexology is often most effective when received as a consistent treatment series.

Many clients benefit from a course of approximately 10 weekly sessions, with the option to transition to bi-weekly sessions after the sixth treatment. In some cases, fewer sessions may be appropriate depending on individual needs and goals.

After your first appointment, your therapist will help recommend the treatment plan best suited for you.

What You May Feel

Every client experiences reflexology differently. During treatment, sensations may range from mild tenderness and pressure to deep relaxation and calm.

Some clients may also notice temporary tingling sensations throughout the body, which can be a normal response during the healing process.
